Travel to Provence for Dinner & A Movie Night

Posted on January 4, 2019

“A Good Year” Thursday, January 17, 6:00 p.m.

Start your new year off right with a great movie and meal at the Reynolds Homestead. Since we’re traveling to France for the first movie, we’ll have a traditional Provencal menu: Asparagus, Ham and Egg Salad, a Provencal beef stew loaded with onions, potatoes, zucchini and squash, crusty French bread with butter, and individual fruit tarts for dessert. For those who cannot have beef or pork (or for vegetarians), the salad can be made without ham, and a vegetable ratatouille will be available. Please indicate the vegetarian option when you make reservations.

$15 per person; reservations are required. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be billed.

A GOOD YEAR (2006, PG-13)
Failed London banker Max Skinner (Russell Crowe) inherits his uncle’s (Albert Finney) vineyard in Provence, where he spent many childhood holidays. Upon his arrival, he meets a woman from California who tells Max she is his long-lost cousin and that the property is hers.
